Selected projects completed for our clients

Updating PDF price lists

A client needed to update online price lists regularly. We recreated the original PDF layout in Word so that the documents retained the same appearance. The client’s employees can now change prices or add content themselves without sending every small update to an agency.

Connecting Excel and Word

A client needed a customised spreadsheet that would allow sales representatives to prepare tailored quotations. We connected Excel with Word so users could select the required pricing programmes and discounts in Excel. All figures are recalculated automatically and inserted into the Word quotation.

Sales quotations

A client regularly prepares quotations covering several product ranges and dozens of accessories. To make frequent price updates easier, we created clear calculation tables directly in Word.

Automatically calculated data

Another client required a complex spreadsheet in which employees could enter key data while all remaining values were calculated automatically. We delivered an easy-to-edit form consistent with the company’s visual identity. Staff enter the new data and Excel handles the rest.

Presentations with charts

A financial institution needed PowerPoint templates for management meetings, with chart data that could be updated while preserving the company’s colours. We supplied templates in which current figures can be edited easily and the charts updated automatically.

Interactive PDF form

A client needed an interactive PDF application form that competition entrants could complete and print. We added editable form fields and a Print button. A second version also included a Submit button for sending the entered data by email.

Linked table of contents

An agency created a directory of retail locations for its client. We linked each item in the table of contents to the corresponding page. Clicking a chapter heading then takes the reader back to the original position in the contents.

Document with multimedia

Another client needed multimedia content embedded in a PDF and linked to external attachments. When the reader clicks an icon or opens a particular page, video or audio starts playing either in a web browser or directly in the document.

E-book styling

For a small but active publishing house, we style Word documents used to generate PDF, EPUB and MOBI e-books. Our templates allow the appearance of individual layout elements—such as headings, paragraphs, headers and contents—to be changed consistently and efficiently.
